Welcome to our website, we are an institution that does research on family businesses
Since The Step Project Global Consortium’s founding in 2005, a number of scholarly and practitioner-focused publications have been written based on STEP ideas and data. Scholarly output includes journal articles, conference presentations, dissertations, and books.
The The Step Project Global Consortium focuses also on promoting global, regional and intercultural exchange in education. The Affiliates institutions have a long tradition in developing family business teaching cases which are shared across the network.
At The Step Project Global Consortium we are engaged in developing global reports based on both global survey data and knowledge gathered through family business cases studies.
